Returns
We have a 30-day return policy , which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to present the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact our team at support@bchronohub.com explaining the reason for your return.
If your return is accepted, we will email you a return label to print and stick on your package before dropping it off at a collection point or post office. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return costs: We cover the return costs for a period of 30 days from receipt of the order.
There is no restocking fee.
Special conditions for return and refund

Return for change of mind: If you change your mind after purchase, you can return the product within 30 days, provided it is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

Defective Items: If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service immediately, ideally within 48 hours, for instructions. Bchrono will cover the return shipping costs within 30 days and provide you with a replacement product or refund.

Damaged Items: If the product arrives damaged, please send us photos of the damage within 48 hours of receipt. We will assess the situation and cover the return shipping costs if necessary.

Incorrect Product Received: If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours and we will cover the return shipping costs and ensure you receive the correct product.

Product Not Received: If your product never arrived, contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate with the carrier. If the product is not found, we will offer you a full refund or replacement.

Cancellation after order: You can cancel your order before it is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, follow the return procedure after receiving the product.

Damaged or Defective Items Policy
Upon receipt of a damaged or defective item, contact our customer service within 48 hours. If this is not possible, contact us as soon as you notice a problem. Send us photos of the defect or damage. We will inspect the item and, if the claim is approved, we will replace it or refund you in full.
Undamaged Items Policy
You can return the undamaged and unused product within 30 days. Make sure it is in its original packaging. This does not apply to personalized items
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you own and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return period : Returns must be reported and shipped within 30 days of receipt of the product.

Refund Time : Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt and inspection of the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email.

Refund Conditions : Refunds are granted if the product is intact, unused, and in its original packaging. Refunds for defective or incorrectly delivered products are granted after inspection.

Refund Methods : Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. You will be automatically refunded to this payment method within 10 business days.
