Order cancellations
Under the ‘United States distance selling regulations’ you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of our products within a period of 30 days, beginning on the day the item is delivered.
If you wish to cancel an order please advise us of your desire to do so by emailing Support@bchronohub.com and including your full name and order number, or return your items via the method detailed in our returns policy. After notifying us of your wish to cancel an order you have 30 days to return the order to us.. We strongly recommend obtaining proof of delivery via recorded or special delivery, and ensuring your parcel is adequately packaged and insured.
Product Colour Accuracy
Every effort has been made to ensure accurate colour representation. However, due to variations in screen brightness, contrast, and settings, the colours you see on your device may differ slightly from the actual product.
Changes to your order
If you need to make any changes to your order after it has been placed please email us as soon as possible at Support@bchronohub.com.

You will find our full collection of clocks online here at Bchrono. We also supply a carefully chosen mix of brick and mortar stockists across the world. We are not able to provide a list of stockists, the best option is to Google your nearest stockist.
